Keenya Woods,
Property Manager for Brightway Commons and
Brightway Commons II in Milford, Delaware,
was named Employee of the Year for 2009 by
ECPM CEO Pat Batchelor. Ms Woods joined
East Coast Property Management in 2005 as
Assistant Property Manager at Lingo Creek
and Long Neck Apartments in Millsboro,
Delaware and was promoted to Property
Manager of Savannah East Apartments in
Lewes, Delaware in 2006. In 2007 she
assumed the Property Manager position at
Brightway Commons where she oversaw the
rehabilitation of 80 units and the rent-up
of the newly constructed Brightway Commons
II in 2009. Her dedication and hard work
led to success in meeting all the
deadlines and requirements. Her positive
outlook, dedication, and attention to the
needs of the communities she manages
assure continued success.
On November
18, 2009 Luther Gardens, Brightway
Commons, Charleston Place, Savannah West
and Mills Landing were honored by Delaware
State Housing Authority with their Low
Income Housing Tax Credit Program Award of
Excellence for Outstanding Compliance
Review.
