Teressa Walker Named Employee of the Year 2008

Teressa Walker, Regional Manager for New Castle and Kent Counties in Delaware, was named Employee of the Year for 2008 by Pat Batchelor, CEO of East Coast Property Management.  Teressa has been employed by East Coast  since  1984  when she began her career as a Property Manager at the property now known as Brightway Commons in Milford, Delaware.    Teressa is well-known and well-respected by housing professionals and co-workers.  Her dedication and positive outlook have led to her personal success and that of everyone under her supervision. 

On November 18, 2009 Luther Gardens, Brightway Commons, Charleston Place, Savannah West and Mills Landing were honored by Delaware State Housing Authority with their Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program Award of Excellence for Outstanding Compliance Review.
