Collins
Batchelor joined the staff of East Coast
in 2001. During his tenure with East
Coast he has worked in all aspects of
property management. He is currently
the Association Manager in the Condominium
and Homeowner Association division of East
Coast Property Management. Collins
conducts scheduled inspections of all
properties. He also oversees the
contract bid solicitation and contracted
work on site. He is assisted by
Kathy Cannon who joined ECPM in 2007.
