Collins Batchelor joined the staff of East
Coast in 2001. During his tenure with
East Coast he has worked in all aspects of
property management. He is currently the
Association Manager in the Condominium and
Homeowner Association division of East
Coast Property Management. Collins

bid solicitation and contracted work on
