Hurd’s Crossing Apartments is located just outside downtown Felton, Delaware.
Construction was completed in June 2008. Applications are currently being
accepted for these one and two bedroom apartments. Applicants must be age 62 or
older or disabled of any age. Accessible units are available. A building for
community activities is located on site. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen
with dishwasher, range and refrigerator. A washer and dryer are also in each
unit. Plans include a Life trail exercise/walking path with exercise stations
designed for seniors. Rents are subsidized by the federal government and
applicants must have annual incomes that do not exceed the required limits.
